We are a Crafting the Future crew, fundraising by selling entries into our Collector’s Sweepstakes! We support Crafting the Future because we share their vision for the future of our field. We want to see the diversity of the craft-making community more accurately reflect the world we live in.
The biggest aspects of Clay to Table’s collective and sale is creating community and support in our field, and supporting CTF. We’re proud to say that over the past 3 years of fundraising CTT has raised over $15,000 for CTF! In order to participate in our sale, our invited artists and organizers of CTT are each asked to donate a piece to our sweepstakes.
Crafting the Future is a collective of artists concerned about the lack of racial and ethnic diversity in the fields of craft, art, and design. “We started this organization because we were tired of feeling helpless. Alone we can not make change, but together we can. Working together and combining our resources, we support the careers of young, underrepresented artists by connecting them to opportunities that will help them thrive.” -CTF
